Eight modules working outwards from the child: family and body, plants, animals, water, air and weather, good habits and health, houses, clothes and travel, and the neighbourhood we all share. Learning outcomes: describe living and non-living things and what plants and animals need, explain where water comes from and why it is worth saving, keep themselves clean, fed and rested, and say why it matters, name the people, places and rules that keep a neighbourhood working.
